About S3 storage cost

Our S3 buckets use Intelligent-Tiering which automatically moves files to cheaper storage tiers based on how recently they've been read. So, the actual annual cost depends on how we access files in the future. Because of this, the estimate is shown as a range — the low end assumes everything has aged into the cheapest tier, the high end assumes everything stays in the most expensive tier.
